Crane machine hook quality requirements

Crane machine hook surface and internal quality requirements:

* The surface of the hook should be smooth and clean, without cracks, acute angles, burrs, peeling and other defects;

* There must be no defects such as cracks, white spots and inclusions that affect its safe use inside the hook;

* Defects in lifting fitting hooks are not allowed to be repaired;

* Dangerous section wear shall not exceed 10% of the original size;

* The opening degree should meet the requirements of 5.2 in GB10051;

* The twisting deformation of the lifting accessory hook, that is, the twisting angle of the hook body must not exceed 10 degrees;

* The dangerous section or the hook handle of the hook must not be plastically deformed;

* The thread of the hook must not be corroded.
