Inspection of electric bridge cranes

1. Check the oil quality and quantity of all electric bridge cranes parts, and add or replace the oil as required.

2. Check whether each limit switch is sensitive and reliable; check whether the electrical appliances in the electrical box are sensitive and reliable; check whether the motor, bell and wire are safe and reliable; check whether the signal light is good.

3. Check the joints of electric bridge crane for looseness, especially the abnormal wear of the elastic rubber ring of the elastic pin coupling. Pay special attention to the gear ring wear condition of the gear coupling, if there is looseness and wear in the hoisting mechanism, will cause serious accidents.
