Precautions for lifting crane machine working

1. The rated load is indicated on the crane nameplate, never lift objects that exceed the crane machine rated load;

2. It is forbidden to lift person, and never use the lifting crane machine as the lifting mechanism of the elevator to carry people;

3. There must be no man underneath the lifting object;

4. Can not lift while the lifting objects and hooks is rocking;

5. Please move the crane machine and hoist directly above the object and then hoist it;

6. The lifting limiter is not allowed to be used repeatedly as a brake;

7. Do not lift the objects which connect to the ground;

8. Must turn off the power before performing maintenance and inspections;

9. The crane machine maintenance inspection work must be carried out under no-load conditions.
